The Cult of Mr. Jingles
A downloadable adventure
Mr. Jingles the cat isn’t the only thing the humans brought home from the pet rescue.
Deep inside the senile cat’s guts, something deadly festers: a highly contagious parasite that spreads its eggs through cat feces and causes a terrible self-destructive madness.
The infected creatures gorge on whatever food they can find, then seek out Mr. Jingles to offer themselves as a sacrifice. Since the old cat’s arrival, the parasite has been spreading from the litter box in the laundry room.
Rodents of all kinds have been affected. In their madness, they’ve taken to worshiping Mr. Jingles as a god. They sneak into nearby settlements and raid food stores to fatten themselves for Mr. Jingles, then smear his parasite-laden excrement all over the place like some kind of twisted consecration.
